The Asia Pacific Smart Industrial New City, constructed with an investment of 15 billion USD by Asia Pacific International Holdings Group in January 2017, is a comprehensive international city integrating technology, entertainment, tourism, culture, and agriculture. Under advanced planning concepts, the city is divided into several zones: a blockchain special zone, technology industry zone, leisure tourism zone, ethnic culture zone, financial and commercial zone, ecological agriculture zone, and commercial logistics zone. The total planned area is 180,000 acres. Infrastructure, including roads, power supply, water supply, sewage treatment, and pipeline gas, has been fully developed to achieve "nine connections and one leveling" (referring to connectivity and leveling of infrastructure).
